Oura Health Secures $875 Million in Series E Funding
Oura Health Oy, the company responsible for the popular Oura ring focused on health and fitness tracking, is reportedly securing $875 million in a new Series E funding round.
According to a recent Bloomberg report, this financing will value the company at approximately $10.9 billion.
Valuation and Growth
The anticipated closure of this round is slated for the end of the current month. This investment would effectively double Oura’s valuation, which stood at $5 billion following its Series D round announced in December of the previous year.
Sources indicate the Series E round has the potential to surpass $900 million in total investment.
Sales and Revenue Projections
To date, Oura has successfully sold 5.5 million rings. This represents a significant increase compared to the 2.5 million units reported in June 2024.
The company is projected to generate over $1 billion in revenue this year, a doubling of the $500 million earned in 2024.
Looking ahead to 2026, Oura Health forecasts sales exceeding $1.5 billion.
