Bier is widely recognized as the creator of several successful applications. These include Gas, which was later acquired by Discord, and TBH, which Facebook ultimately purchased.
Both Gas and TBH were specifically designed for teenage users, fostering a culture of positive reinforcement through compliments.
Prior to joining X, Bier contributed his expertise as a venture partner at Lightspeed and served as an advisor to the Solana Foundation.
