Accessing User Accounts Settings
The initial step involves navigating to the Advanced User Accounts Control Panel. While a registry modification is possible, a more accessible method is preferred.
Initiate a search within the Start Menu by typing netplwiz, then press Enter. This will display the following user accounts screen.
Alternatively, if netplwiz does not function as expected, utilize control userpasswords2 instead.
Configuring Automatic Login
Within the User Accounts window, locate and deselect the checkbox labeled "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer".
Subsequently, click the "Apply" button. A dialog box will appear, prompting you to input the necessary username and password.
Enter the correct credentials in the provided fields and confirm your selections by clicking "OK".
