Start Chrome & Iron in Incognito Mode - Privacy Guide

Automating Incognito Mode for Browsing
Do you frequently utilize Incognito Mode while surfing the web, but find the manual activation process tedious? It is now possible to configure your browser to automatically launch in Incognito Mode with each startup.
Setting Up Auto-Start for Iron & Chrome
For demonstration purposes, we will use the shortcut method for Iron Browser. However, the identical procedure applies to both programs.
Begin by locating the shortcut(s) for Iron (and/or Chrome) on your system. Right-click on the desired shortcut to open the context menu, then select “Properties”.
The “Properties” window will appear, displaying the “Shortcut” tab. This tab contains the settings we need to modify.
Within the “Target:” field, you must append a specific command to the existing target path. Ensure a single space separates the concluding quotation mark from the incognito command.

For Chrome, the target path should be configured as follows…
After completing this modification, click the “Apply” button, followed by “OK” to save your changes.
That concludes the setup process! You can now enjoy anonymous internet browsing without the need for manual intervention.
Important Note: This method allows for a more private browsing experience by preventing the browser from saving your history, cookies, and other site data.
