The repeated copying of files and folders can be time-consuming. Fortunately, a streamlined method exists for automatically synchronizing files between your computer and your USB Flash Drive.
How to Sync Files Using SyncToy
Here’s a step-by-step guide to achieve this:

First, SyncToy needs to be downloaded and installed on your system.

Launch SyncToy by selecting it from your Start Menu.

The next step involves creating a Folder Pair.

Designate a 'Left Folder' – this will be a directory on your computer’s internal hard drive. Then, specify a 'Right Folder', which should point to your connected USB Pen Drive.
Several synchronization methods are available, each offering different functionalities:

Synchronize: This option enables two-way synchronization, meaning files are updated in both directions (left to right and right to left).

Echo: Data transfer occurs solely from left to right. Renames and deletions are also mirrored from the left folder to the right.

Contribute: Files are copied from left to right. Renames are performed on the right side, using the left folder as the source. However, deletions are not applied.
Once you’ve selected a method, a window will appear. Click 'Run' to begin the synchronization process.
If you prefer to review the changes before they are implemented, utilize the 'Preview' option. This allows you to examine the actions that will be taken.
