The process of installing extensions within Microsoft Edge begins by launching the browser. Then, locate and click the menu button situated in the upper-right corner of the browser window. From the menu, select the "Extensions" option.

Returning to Microsoft Edge, a pop-up notification will appear, requesting permission to enable the newly installed extension and its associated permissions. Click or tap "Turn it On" to activate the extension.
