Zendesk is a customer-focused CRM provider, offering solutions for support, sales, and overall customer engagement designed to strengthen customer relationships. This special offer is exclusively for startups that are new to the Zendesk platform, have a team size of under 100 employees, and have secured funding but have not completed a Series B funding round.
The Extra Crunch Zendesk Partner Perk covers subscription costs for a period of six months, after which standard payment terms will apply. Any reduction in your Zendesk subscription level will result in the cancellation of the promotional benefits, so please consult with Zendesk directly before making any changes (startups@zendesk.com). The Zendesk team will review applications within 48 hours to verify eligibility. Approved startups will then receive an email containing a unique promo code and detailed instructions for setup. Please ensure you select monthly billing during the process.
