The preview displayed illustrates two of the merged files, highlighting the variations in their visual design. It's important to note that the combination process isn't limited to PDFs; other file formats can also be incorporated.

For example, a user might want to integrate a Microsoft Word document with an Excel spreadsheet into a single PDF.

Modifying PDF Documents

The need to reconstruct a PDF document entirely due to a lost original file is a common frustration. This often necessitates a lengthy and tedious process of retyping the content into a word processing application, followed by saving or converting it back to PDF format.

While PDF editing solutions have existed previously, many have been characterized by complexity and high costs. Fortunately, Nitro Pro 7 provides a user-friendly editing feature that yields effective outcomes.
