Windows 7/Vista: Change Start Menu Icon Size - Small Icons

Adjusting Start Menu Icon Size in Windows

By default, Windows Vista employs larger icons within the Start menu. The setting to revert to smaller icons is, however, somewhat concealed. Fortunately, its location has been identified.

It is worth noting that Windows 7 offers a more straightforward method for this adjustment.
