Blissfully Expands IT Services to Midmarket | SaaS Management

Upon its 2016 debut, Blissfully initially concentrated on assisting businesses in gaining insight into their SaaS application utilization within their organizations. However, the company observed a more extensive requirement, particularly among mid-sized businesses, and today announced its progression into a more comprehensive IT management solution.
Ariel Diaz, co-founder and CEO of the company, explains that the business initially focused on monitoring SaaS usage, subsequently broadening its scope to include employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Today, they are further expanding into a wider array of IT services.
“Our initial company objective centered on the idea that IT is undergoing a transformation in the era of SaaS. The first phase involved providing support for all aspects of SaaS management. The second phase focuses on what that signifies in terms of a broader IT management strategy,” Diaz communicated to TechCrunch.
Blissfully anticipated that SaaS would progressively constitute a larger portion of IT resources, both in terms of focus, expenditure, and management approaches, and this prediction proved accurate. They now believe the moment is opportune to extend their original concept to incorporate a more complete IT management function.
This has led to the release of a significantly enhanced platform today, which encompasses the previously available SaaS management features, alongside four additional new categories.
Initially, they are introducing IT asset management. “We now provide the capability to monitor not only SaaS applications, but all IT assets, encompassing hardware devices and conventional software,” Diaz stated.
Furthermore, they are integrating help desk management and ticketing functionalities to address requests that extend beyond their SaaS management processes. Additionally, they are implementing role-based access control, enabling varied levels of access to different IT management services, a feature of growing importance as remote work becomes more prevalent. Lastly, the company is making its APIs accessible, allowing IT departments to leverage them for creating tailored functionalities or workflows on the Blissfully platform.
Diaz asserts that the company has attained a level of maturity in SaaS management and identified a demand within the midmarket for these supplementary IT services, which are typically provided to larger enterprises by companies such as ServiceNow.
These new services are available through Blissfully, beginning today.
