Logicworks Launches Cloud Migration Platform | $100M Revenue Milestone

Logicworks and its Cloud Reliability Platform
While not widely recognized by the general public, Logicworks has been assisting organizations with their cloud transitions and workload management since 2012. This focused strategy has positioned the company to approach $100 million in annual revenue.
Today, Logicworks unveiled its new Cloud Reliability Platform (CRP). This platform is engineered to facilitate secure and compliant migrations to either AWS or Azure, and to sustain the company’s revenue growth.
A Long-Term Vision
CEO Ken Ziegler emphasizes that Logicworks adopted a long-term perspective when establishing its business model. The current announcement represents the culmination of years dedicated to maintaining close alignment with leading cloud platforms.
“Our approach has been to develop a platform from the outset, allowing selection of supported clouds and then constructing robust tooling, telemetry, and automation around them,” Ziegler explained. “This ultimately creates a highly profitable, recurring revenue stream that becomes essential to our customers’ sustained success and operational efficiency, integrating compliance, security, and scalability.”
Secure and Compliant Cloud Migration
As organizations accelerate their adoption of cloud technologies, Logicworks supports them through a template-based migration process. This ensures security and adherence to relevant industry standards, such as HIPAA, FINRA, or other regulatory frameworks.
Clients can select the template corresponding to their industry, implement necessary customizations, and then proceed with a secure and compliant migration to the cloud.
Growth and Market Opportunity
With revenue nearing $100 million, Logicworks possesses the financial strength to consider an IPO. However, Ziegler expresses a preference for continued company building and capitalizing on the broader expansion within the cloud market, which reached $42 billion in the last quarter.
Discussions with AWS executives have revealed that a primary obstacle for customers is initiating the cloud migration process itself. This represents a key opportunity for Logicworks – assisting companies in successfully transitioning to the cloud.
Unlocking and Sustaining Cloud Success
“This platform was specifically designed to address this challenge,” Ziegler stated. “If we can consistently demonstrate our ability to overcome migration hurdles and ensure successful ongoing operations, we can continue to expand.”
He further noted that Logicworks’ established relationships with cloud providers enable them to help customers leverage continuous innovation on these platforms.
“Cloud providers are constantly evolving, and to benefit from this innovation – the very reason for adopting the cloud – partnering with an organization dedicated to long-term success is crucial,” Ziegler concluded.
