Apple Event April 20: What to Expect

Apple Announces “Spring Loaded” Event for April 20th
Just two weeks following the announcement regarding WWDC, Apple has revealed details of another event, scheduled to occur in the near future. Following an early disclosure by Siri earlier today, the company has formally confirmed a new presentation for April 20th.
Invitations for the “Spring Loaded” event were distributed moments ago, featuring artwork resembling a digital illustration created on an iPad.
Event Location and Format
Siri’s prior indication that the event would be hosted at “Apple Park in Cupertino” held a degree of truth. However, consistent with current circumstances, the event will be conducted online.
Viewers can anticipate professionally edited aerial footage showcasing Apple’s headquarters, the iconic “Spaceship” building.
Expected Product Announcements
Current speculation strongly suggests the unveiling of new iPad models. Specifically, a 12.9-inch iPad Pro is anticipated.
This updated model is rumored to incorporate a Mini LED display, enhanced camera capabilities, and faster processors – mirroring the advancements seen in recent Mac computers.
Potential supply chain limitations, however, could pose challenges to widespread availability.
AirTags and Find My Network Updates
Persistent rumors also point to the introduction of AirTags. Apple recently established a foundation for significant improvements to its Find My network.
The company has opened the Find My app to third-party developers and announced support for various hardware accessories utilizing the technology.
Notably, the Chipolo ONE Spot is the first device tag to leverage this technology, preceding Apple’s own offering.
The “Spring Loaded” event will begin at 10 a.m. PT. Coverage of the event will be available online.
