This funding round also saw participation from prominent investors including Adobe, Y Combinator, FundersClub, and Expa.

Furthermore, several angel investors contributed, such as Tom Preston-Werner (GitHub co-founder), Bradley Horowitz (Google VP of Product), Irene Au (former Google UX design leader), and Nick Caldwell (Twitter VP of Engineering).

Expansion Plans and Future Focus

Headquartered in London, Zeroheight will now establish a presence in the San Francisco/Bay Area.

The company intends to broaden its team across all departments.

While initially concentrating on UX documentation, Zeroheight will also investigate methods to improve collaboration between design and development teams.

Zeroheight's Core Functionality

According to co-founder Jerome de Lafargue, “Zeroheight functions as the DevOps equivalent for UX, similar to how platforms like GitHub manage code.

It provides a centralized hub for documenting and managing UX components, alongside design APIs that enable teams to bypass traditional design hand-offs and accelerate UX delivery.”

Addressing the Scaling Challenges of UX Teams

De Lafargue emphasized that the company directly tackles the scaling issues faced by UX teams.

“The rapid growth of UX teams, driven by the increasing importance of UX for competitive advantage, has created a need for centralization and reusable components.

This ensures efficiency and maintains quality as teams continue to deliver projects.”

A Growing Customer Base

Zeroheight currently serves a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies like Adobe and United Airlines.

The company boasts a customer base exceeding 1,300 organizations.
