The company’s inception dates back to 2017, following a meeting between Sheridan and Todorovic on the set of Rodrigo Garcia’s Last Days in the Desert. Both recognized an opportunity to broaden access to the advanced tools previously reserved for large studio productions.

Wallace Pro: Automating VFX Workflows

Wonder Dynamics remains deliberately reserved about the precise functionality of its tools. A limited demonstration, as reported by Deadline’s Mike Fleming Jr., indicated potential value in world creation for projects with modest budgets. The process promises to be significantly faster and more cost-effective than traditional methods.

Sheridan and Todorovic jointly explained that their system, known as Wallace Pro, is designed to automate the more routine aspects of certain VFX tasks. This allows artists to concentrate on the creative and subjective elements of their work.

“We are developing an AI platform that will accelerate both production and post-production for content featuring CG characters and digital environments,” they stated. “The platform aims to lower production costs by automating objective processes, empowering artists with the creative freedom they need.”
