Timekettle Launches W4 Pro Translation Earbuds at CES 2025
Timekettle introduced its newest earbuds, the W4 Pro, during CES 2025 in Las Vegas this week.
This product is designed to enhance the company’s core functionality by enabling real-time, bidirectional translation during both phone and video conversations.
Real-Time Two-Way Translation
The earbuds will initiate translation automatically for calls conducted in 40 different languages, requiring no user intervention.
A slight delay is inherent in the process, with a latency of approximately three to five seconds after speech occurs.
According to Timekettle, the new feature facilitates seamless cross-lingual communication via any telecommunication application or conventional phone network.
It delivers bidirectional, synchronous translations while preserving the original voice clarity.
Enhanced Audio and AI Features
It’s worth noting that the translated speech will be presented at a higher volume compared to the original audio.
Beyond translation, the headphones leverage integrated AI to generate a concise summary of the conversation’s key points.
Versatile Usage Options
The W4 Pro maintains compatibility with previous Timekettle models, allowing for face-to-face translations by sharing a single earbud between two individuals.
Babel OS Powers Performance
The headphones are driven by the company’s newly unveiled Babel OS.
Timekettle states that this operating system provides rapid transitions, predictive capabilities, customizable vocabulary options, and translation that captures human emotion and tone.
Availability and Pricing
The Babel OS update will also be extended to existing Timekettle devices.
The W4 Pro earbuds will be available for purchase starting Sunday, with a price point of $449.
