Session Selection and Presentation Guidelines

The application process involves selecting a preferred presentation format and submitting a proposal that includes a session title and a concise description of the content.

Available Session Formats

Two distinct formats are available for consideration by prospective speakers.

Breakout Session: These presentations are allotted 30 minutes and can accommodate up to four presenters, alongside a moderator.
A subsequent 20-minute question and answer period will follow, engaging up to 100 audience members.
The use of visual aids is permitted, and limited audio-visual support will be provided.
Each selected speaker is expected to lead a single session.
Roundtable Discussion: This format facilitates a 30-minute, speaker-guided conversation designed for a more intimate group of up to 40 participants.
Presentations, slides, or any form of audio-visual equipment are not permitted in roundtable discussions.
The focus is on fostering genuine and uninhibited dialogue.

All submitted applications will undergo a thorough review process conducted by the TechCrunch editorial team.

Successful applicants will then proceed to the Audience Choice voting phase.

During this phase, details regarding each selected session will be made available to TechCrunch’s readership.

The sessions receiving the highest number of votes will be prominently featured during the live event at Disrupt 2025!
