The Rise of Edtech
The past year has witnessed a substantial increase in interest surrounding edtech, resulting in a notable growth in education-focused startups. This surge has also led to increased funding and greater attention being given to voices within the education technology sector.
Why Edtech Matters
Edtech is critically important not only to society and the economy, but also provides valuable insights applicable to a wide range of industries. Those working within this field have gained crucial knowledge regarding effective engagement strategies.
Key Learnings from Edtech
- Establishing connections with diverse stakeholder ecosystems.
- Navigating collaborations with both public and private organizations.
- Leveraging innovations in areas like streaming, artificial intelligence, and graphics.
Garvey’s specialized knowledge and understanding of the broader tech landscape make her an ideal judge for Startup Battlefield.
