reimagining the path forward for the formerly incarcerated at techcrunch sessions: justice

The Challenges of Re-entry for Formerly Incarcerated Individuals
Returning to civilian life following a period of incarceration can present significant hurdles. The rapid evolution of technology, coupled with the dynamics of modern capitalism, often creates obstacles that are difficult to navigate.
However, numerous programs and resources are available to assist those re-entering society. These initiatives aim to equip individuals with the skills and support needed for a successful transition.
TechCrunch Sessions: Justice – A Focus on Second Chances
On March 3rd, TechCrunch Sessions: Justice will host a discussion centered on the vital importance of opportunities for returning citizens. A panel of experts working within this crucial transition space will share their insights.
The virtual discussion will feature Aly Tamboura, strategic advisor at the Justice Accelerator Fund; Jason Jones, remote instruction manager for The Last Mile; and Deepti Rohatgi, head of Slack for Good and Public Affairs.
