Poe Launches $5/Month Subscription Plan - Quora's AI Platform

Poe Chatbot App Introduces New Subscription Tiers
Quora’s Poe chatbot application unveiled a newly accessible subscription plan on Tuesday, offered at a price point of only $5 monthly.
Alongside this, the company also launched its most premium offering, priced at $250 per month, specifically catering to users with substantial messaging needs within the platform.
Centralized Access to Multiple AI Bots
Poe functions as a central hub, granting users access to a diverse range of AI-driven bots.
These include models like DeepSeek-R1, GPT-4o, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, o3-mini, ElevenLabs, and others, all within a single interface.
The system operates using a points-based structure. Users allocate points to interact with different models, with each bot consuming points at a varying rate per message.
Details of the New Subscription Plans
The new $5 per month plan allows for daily expenditure of up to 10,000 points.
Conversely, the $250 monthly subscription provides access to 12.5 million points. This higher tier is optimized for utilizing more resource-intensive models.
These include options such as GPT-4.5, OpenAI’s o1-pro, and Google DeepMind’s Veo 2.
Expanded Options Based on User Feedback
The introduction of these two new plans expands the available choices for Poe users.
This expansion was implemented in direct response to significant user demand, according to the company.
Prior to these additions, the most affordable subscription was priced at $20 monthly, granting users 1 million points.
A free version of Poe remains available, though it limits the number of daily queries users can submit.
Platform Availability
Poe is currently accessible across multiple operating systems, including iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows.
