Printliminator - Selective Printing Solution

Eliminate Waste with the Printliminator Bookmarklet

Are you concerned about the unnecessary consumption of printer ink and paper due to irrelevant content on webpages? The Printliminator Bookmarklet offers a solution, enabling you to conserve resources by printing only the desired portions of a web page.

Setting Up Printliminator

To integrate Printliminator into your preferred browser, navigate to the Printliminator homepage. From there, simply drag the bookmarklet to a convenient location within your "Bookmarks Toolbar". This completes the installation process, and you are now equipped to refine webpages for printing.

Printliminator in Operation

To demonstrate its functionality, we tested Printliminator on an article published on our own website.

Upon clicking the bookmarklet, the "Printliminator Toolbar" will appear. It presents three straightforward options: "Remove Graphics", "Print Stylize", and "Send To Printer".

We began by selecting the "Print Stylize" option. This action outlines the various webpage elements in red. To exclude a specific section or area from printing, simply left-click within the red border. The selection is instantly removed.

Continue to select and remove any unwanted sections or areas until the page is prepared for printing. Individual images can also be removed as needed. Should you accidentally remove a desired section, a page refresh will restore the original view.

The webpage is now streamlined and ready for printing, minimizing wasted ink and paper.

Removing Images Specifically

If your goal is solely to remove images, select the "Remove Graphics" option. All images will be immediately eliminated. You can then choose to remove additional text sections or proceed directly to printing the webpage.

Concluding Thoughts

As the costs of printer ink and paper continue to rise, the Printliminator Bookmarklet provides a practical way to reduce expenses and obtain only the webpage content you require.
