“Previously, establishing a significant presence in a new region required 12 to 18 months. A minimum of 1,000 hours of content was necessary to begin user acquisition and market scaling. We are now able to achieve this in under three months,” Nayak explained.

The implementation of this tool led to an increase in writer productivity, reaching up to 50% in the German market regarding the volume of produced content. Furthermore, the tool facilitated the creation of more polished drafts, contributing to improved user retention rates for audio series.

Within the U.S. market, audio series developed with the assistance of these new AI tools currently account for 10% of total playtime. These shows have also generated $7 million in revenue over the past year, while simultaneously reducing production costs by a factor of 2 to 3.
