Pittsburgh Spotlight: Event Updates and Company Pitch Opportunity

Preparations for our Pittsburgh spotlight event are well underway, with significant progress being made behind the scenes. Extensive discussions have been held with individuals actively involved in the city’s tech ecosystem.

These conversations have been incredibly insightful, and we anticipate this installment of our Spotlight series will be the most engaging one to date.

Call for Pittsburgh-Based Companies

As we announce further details regarding participants, including CMU’s President Farnam Jahanian, we remain eager to receive submissions from companies based in Pittsburgh – the ‘Burgh.’

To date, we’ve connected with almost 50 companies involved in diverse sectors such as digital health, small business financing, patent innovation, robotics, and clean technology.

Pitch Opportunity at the June 29th Event

From these submissions, three companies will be selected to present live during the event on June 29th.

This represents a valuable opportunity to elevate your company’s profile, particularly with the expected attendance of investors.

Potential benefits include attracting new talent or securing guidance from experienced advisors. A TechCrunch event can facilitate unexpected and positive outcomes.

Interested companies are encouraged to complete this form for consideration to pitch at the event.

Twitter Spaces Conversation – Tomorrow at 4 PM ET

To further explore the Pittsburgh tech landscape and its key players, we will be hosting a discussion on Twitter Spaces tomorrow (Friday) at 4 p.m. ET.

This session will be co-hosted by Kit Mueller, a prominent figure within the Pittsburgh tech community.

Expect a lively exchange featuring trivia, updates on local news and developments, and more.

Get Involved!

Register for the event today to secure your place. Join our conversation tomorrow on Twitter Spaces, and don’t hesitate to submit your company for a chance to pitch, or share this opportunity with others who might benefit!
