Celeste Ford, Managing Director, Stellar Ventures

Celeste Ford currently serves as the managing director at Stellar Ventures, focusing on investments in innovative space technology companies. She also founded and chairs Stellar Solutions, Inc., an aerospace engineering firm recognized with a Malcolm Baldrige Award for its service to defense, intelligence, commercial, and civil sectors.

Established in 1995, Stellar Solutions under Ford’s leadership experienced global expansion and initiated programs like the Stellar Solutions Foundation and the QuakeFinder R&D initiative. She has received numerous accolades, including Lifetime Achievement awards and recognition as Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and is a member of the Silicon Valley Engineering Hall of Fame. Ford’s academic background includes aerospace engineering degrees from both Notre Dame and Stanford universities.

Chris Morales, Partner, Point72 Ventures

Chris Morales is a partner within the Investment Team at Point72 Ventures, specializing in investments within the defense technology sector. Prior to his role at Point72, he worked as a technology, media, and telecommunications associate at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking.

At Goldman Sachs, Morales provided advisory services to leading technology companies regarding mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and equity offerings. Before entering the financial sector, he served in the U.S. Navy as an F/A-18 Super Hornet Weapons Systems Officer, participating in combat missions during Operations New Dawn and Enduring Freedom. He also functioned as a flight instructor, responsible for training aircrew in the operational procedures of the F/A-18.

Morgan Beller, General Partner, NFX

Morgan Beller is a general partner at NFX, a venture capital fund concentrating on seed-stage investments. Her previous experience includes a role at Facebook, beginning in 2017 within the Corporate Development team, where she initially explored blockchain strategies.

Beller played a key role in the formation of the blockchain team that ultimately developed Diem and Novi, and she served as Head of Strategy for these initiatives. Before Facebook, she led Corporate Development at Medium, overseeing the acquisition of Embedly and contributing to the development of the company’s subscription model.
