Advancements in AI Hardware: Azure Maia 2

An announcement regarding a successor to the Azure Maia 100 AI Accelerator is also possible. This custom AI chip is specifically designed for Microsoft’s Azure cloud service. Rumors of a “Maia 2” have surfaced, with Marvell contracted for its manufacturing, according to semiconductor analyst Ray Wang.
