Managing Fundamental Windows Home Server Configurations

Access the Windows Home Server Console through the Start Menu. Although somewhat unexpectedly located, these settings were found in the upper-left portion of the console during the Beta phase.

General Settings
The initial screen presents the General settings. Here, you can configure time and regional preferences, as well as enable or disable Windows Updates.

Computers & Backup
Within the Computers & Backup section, you define the backup schedules for computers connected to your home network. Backup administration and cleanup procedures are also managed from this location.
