Import Firefox Bookmarks to Opera 9.5 - How To

Importing Firefox Bookmarks into Opera 9.5
Today marks the official release of Opera 9.5. After initial exploration, I found myself quite favorably impressed with this new version.
This guide details the process of importing your existing Firefox bookmarks into Opera. The first step involves accessing the bookmarks management console within Firefox.
Select "File" then "Export" to initiate the bookmark export process.
A file explorer window will appear, prompting you to choose a destination directory for saving the bookmarks file.
For convenience, the desktop can be selected as the save location.
Importing Within Opera
Next, open Opera and navigate to "File," then "Import and Export," and finally select "Import Firefox Bookmarks."
Locate the Firefox bookmark file that was recently created and double-click the "bookmarks.html" file.
A confirmation screen will then be displayed, indicating the successful import of the bookmark entries.
Confirm the import by clicking "OK."
Organizing Imported Bookmarks
Upon opening Opera and accessing the bookmarks tab, all imported Firefox bookmarks will be placed within a folder named "Netscape."
This default organization can be easily modified. Simply click on the "Manage Bookmarks" tab, navigate to the "Netscape" folder, and right-click to select "Properties."
A properties window, similar to that found in Firefox, will appear.
Within this window, you can rename the folder and update any other descriptive information as desired.
This quick guide allows you to seamlessly transition your favorite web pages to Opera 9.5 while anticipating the release of Firefox 3 on June 17th!
