Track Amazon Packages with Echo: A Simple Guide

Track Your Amazon Packages with Alexa
A convenient method for discovering the arrival date of your Amazon orders is now available through Alexa voice commands.
It is somewhat surprising that this functionality wasn't initially included with the Amazon Echo, but the company has recently added it.
How to Use the Feature
You can now track your packages without the need to navigate menus or touch a screen. Simply ask Alexa using one of the following phrases:
- "Alexa, where's my stuff?"
- "Alexa, where's my package?"
- "Alexa, when will my package arrive?"
Alexa will respond with the order date and the estimated delivery date. Any phrasing referencing your Amazon package will trigger the tracking information.
Limitations of the Alexa Tracking
Currently, Alexa provides details for only one package at a time. If you have multiple outstanding orders, it will only share information regarding the first one expected to arrive.
Attempts to use plural commands did not yield results in providing information for multiple shipments.
Accessing Full Order Details
For a comprehensive view of all your Amazon orders, you can access further details through the Alexa app.
Locate your recent voice command within the app and select "View order details".
This action will either launch the Amazon app, if installed, or open your mobile browser to the Amazon website.
From there, you can view the status of all your pending deliveries.
Compatibility and Restrictions
This Alexa skill is exclusively designed for packages shipped directly from Amazon.
Tracking information for deliveries from other carriers, such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, originating from retailers other than Amazon, will not be available through this feature.
The system functions by directly accessing your Amazon account to retrieve order and tracking data.
