Why Reset the ConnectSense Outlet?

Unlike some smart devices, the ConnectSense Smart Outlet doesn’t offer a straightforward method for altering the connected Wi-Fi network. A complete reset is required to facilitate a connection to a new network. While this can be considered a minor inconvenience, the reset procedure itself is remarkably simple.

Initiating the Reset Process

Begin by ensuring the device is plugged into a functioning power outlet. Next, identify the two buttons located on the side of the outlet, which control each individual receptacle.

Simultaneously press and hold both of these buttons. Continue holding them down until you observe two red LED lights beginning to blink. This action typically takes approximately 10 seconds to initiate.
