Accessing Signature Preferences

To start, open Mail’s preferences. This can be done by clicking “Mail” in the menu bar and selecting “Preferences,” or by using the keyboard shortcut Command+,.

Creating New Signatures

To establish a signature specifically for a particular account, select that account from the left-hand panel. Then, click the "+" button, as shown below. A default signature containing your name and email address will be automatically generated.

You can now modify the text of your signature. Simply type directly into the editor or paste content from another application.

Once you have created several signatures, you can assign specific ones to different accounts. Alternatively, you can configure Mail to display them randomly or sequentially.
