glassdoor: best tech companies to work for in 2021

Glassdoor has recently published its yearly assessment of the top companies to work for in 2021. We’ve highlighted the leading 10 technology companies from both the large enterprise category (companies with 1,000+ employees) and the small to medium-sized business segment.

The rankings for larger companies are determined by feedback directly from employees at organizations employing over 1,000 individuals. Employees utilize Glassdoor to evaluate companies across several key areas, including CEO leadership, prospects for professional growth, pay and perks, company culture and core principles, and the balance between professional and personal life. To qualify for inclusion on the large company list, each organization was required to have a minimum of 75 reviews for each workplace characteristic. A similar requirement of at least 75 ratings was necessary for consideration on the SMB list.

Now, let’s examine the top 10 tech companies to work for in the United States, as identified by Glassdoor. Included in parentheses next to each company’s name is its overall position within the broader list of the 100 best companies, alongside the average rating provided by its employees.
