Glean AI Valuation: Enterprise Search Startup Reaches $7.2B

Glean Secures $150 Million in Series F Funding
Glean, a leading enterprise AI firm, revealed on Tuesday the completion of a $150 million Series F funding round. Wellington Management spearheaded the investment, resulting in a company valuation of $7.2 billion.
This latest funding arrives less than a year following the announcement of its $260 million Series E round in September. The Series E valued the company at $4.6 billion, effectively doubling its valuation from the February 2024 raise.
Rapid Growth and Valuation Increase
Throughout 2024, Glean has successfully secured $610 million in funding. Consequently, its valuation has experienced substantial growth, increasing from $2.2 billion to $7.2 billion.
The company reports exceeding $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) during its most recent fiscal year. This achievement was realized only three years after the initial launch of its services.
Core Functionality and Integrations
Glean provides a suite of tools designed to empower enterprise employees with advanced search capabilities. These tools leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable natural language queries across corporate documentation.
The platform integrates seamlessly with popular applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk, providing a unified search experience.
AI Agents and Investor Participation
In addition to its search capabilities, Glean also offers a range of AI agent products designed to automate tasks and improve productivity.
The Series F round saw participation from several prominent investors, including:
- Khosla Ventures
- Bicycle Capital
- Geodesic Capital
- Archerman Capital
Existing investors also contributed, including Altimeter, Capital One Ventures, Citi, Coatue, DST Global, General Catalyst, ICONIQ, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Latitude Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Sequoia Capital.
