This software stands out as the most user-friendly encryption program available. It employs robust, military-grade 256-bit AES encryption, secured by password protection. Furthermore, the process simultaneously compresses your files during encryption.
Initiating the Encryption Process
To begin, simply launch the EncryptOnClick application. You will then be prompted to choose whether to encrypt an individual file or an entire folder.
For the purpose of this demonstration, we will encrypt a folder named “secret documents.”
Following this selection, a Windows Explorer window will appear, allowing you to navigate to and select the desired folder. Confirm your selection by clicking OK.
Password Protection
The application will then request a password. It is crucial to establish a strong and memorable password to safeguard your encrypted data. Confirm your password by clicking OK.
Completion and Security
The encryption process is now complete! All files contained within the selected folder are now encrypted and accessible only with the password you created.
