Meet the Guests

Lotti Siniscalco serves as a principal at Emergence Capital, focusing on investments in early-stage enterprise software companies. She currently holds board positions at Whistic and High Alpha.

Prior to her role at Emergence, Siniscalco gained experience as an investor in financial services and technology at Advent International, a private equity firm. She also conducted due diligence for Ribbit Capital, a fintech-focused firm.

Her expertise in fintech provides valuable insight into fundraising and startup development.

Melissa Wong brings a decade of experience in retail communications from her time at Old Navy. Recognizing a critical need, she founded Zipline Retail, a platform designed to streamline retail communication and store execution.
