Chrome Canary: Early Access to Supervised Accounts Feature

Google Chrome's New Supervised Accounts Feature
For devoted users of Google Chrome seeking enhanced control over browsing activity, particularly for children, a new capability has arrived in the Chrome Canary Channel. This latest addition introduces supervised accounts, offering a means to implement restrictions and limit access to certain online content.
Enhanced Safety for Young Browsers
The new feature allows the creation of accounts with pre-defined limitations and reduced permissions. This is designed to create a safer online environment for younger users.
Currently in its early stages of development, the setup process mirrors that of a standard account. However, a key distinction lies in the administrator's ability to dictate permissible access.
How to Enable and Configure
To begin utilizing this functionality, type “chrome:flags” into the address bar. Subsequently, activate the following two flags: “Enable supervised users” and “Enable new profile management system”.
A Chrome Canary restart is required after flag activation. Following the restart, you can proceed with setting up the desired accounts.
Crucially, access to the configuration settings is achieved by navigating to www.chrome.com/manage. This is where you define what content is accessible to the supervised accounts; without this configuration, the accounts will have unrestricted web access.
