Prior to this latest achievement, Construct Capital secured $225 million for its second fund. Additionally, in 2022, a $75 million capital pool was raised to support companies in more advanced stages of development.

Firm Background and Portfolio

Established in 2020, Construct Capital was founded by Dayna Grayson, formerly a partner at NEA, and Rachel Holt, a previous executive from Uber.

The firm’s investment portfolio includes innovative companies such as Hadrian. Hadrian utilizes software solutions to streamline the manufacturing of components for the defense and aerospace sectors.

Another portfolio company, Veho, specializes in optimizing last-mile e-commerce delivery. Veho focuses on efficient transport from distribution hubs directly to consumers.
