DeskSlide Installation and Configuration
Upon completing the installation of DeskSlide and launching the application, the Configuration Wizard will appear. Simultaneously, the Currently Displayed Photo window will become visible.
Begin the setup process by clicking “Next”.
The next step involves selecting the photo folders you wish to include in DeskSlide’s image library. Utilize the “Plus Sign” to add folders and the “Minus Sign” to remove them.
The folder listing will appear as demonstrated. Once you’ve finalized your selections, click “Apply” followed by “Next”. Including subfolders is also an option.
Select your preferred layout style for the photos. You can also define how DeskSlide handles smaller images, even specifying a size threshold for what constitutes a “small photo”. Click “Next” to proceed.
Determine the interval between wallpaper changes. Click “Next” to continue the configuration.
DeskSlide is now configured to reflect your preferences. Click “Finish” to exit the Configuration Wizard.
Managing DeskSlide
After exiting the Configuration Wizard, both the Currently Displayed Photo and Current Photo List windows will be accessible. These windows can be accessed at any time, as illustrated.
The options available through the Right Click Menu for the Current Photo List Window are numerous.
Similarly, a Right Click Menu is available via the System Tray Icon.
