Bucharest VCS: TechCrunch European VC Survey - Get Featured!

TechCrunch is initiating a comprehensive project focused on gathering insights from venture capital firms and their locations throughout Europe.

Our investigation into the perspectives of VCs operating in Bucharest and across Romania will assess the current state of the nation’s investment landscape, and the alterations occurring within the investor community as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

We aim to understand the development of Romania’s startup environment, the effects of COVID-19 on the technology industry, and the anticipated shifts in investor perspectives moving forward.

This survey is specifically designed for investors, and only responses from VC investors will be considered. Multiple partners from a single firm are encouraged to participate. (Please disregard this invitation if you have already completed the survey).

The questionnaire consists of concise questions, though more detailed responses are welcomed and appreciated.

Contributing investors will be highlighted in the resulting reports, with references to their firms and professional profiles.

What information are we seeking? The questions cover topics such as: Which emerging trends are generating the most enthusiasm? What innovative startup concept is currently missing from the market? Where are the untapped potential areas for investment? What criteria are you prioritizing in your next investment? How is the investment climate in your region performing? And how has COVID-19 influenced your investment approach?

This survey is part of a larger initiative to assist entrepreneurs in identifying suitable investors.

If you are not based in Romania but wish to contribute, you are welcome to do so! All European VC investors are invited to complete the survey, as we anticipate extending the survey to other countries in the near future. The collected data will be utilized for upcoming surveys focused on specific industry sectors.

The survey encompasses nearly all countries within the Union for the Mediterranean region, so please locate your country and city within the survey and participate (if you are a venture capital investor).
