A pro license, priced at $2.99, unlocks connectivity via Bluetooth or USB, though the free version remains fully functional over a Wireless LAN connection.
The question arises: why highlight an application so closely resembling Droid2Desk? Texdro excels in specific tasks – namely, importing contacts and facilitating SMS message sending and receiving directly from your computer. While its feature set is focused, it performs these functions with notable efficiency. For users not requiring the broader capabilities of Droid2Desk, Texdro presents an excellent, streamlined alternative.
To establish connectivity, software installation is required on both your computer and your Android device. Downloads for both platforms are accessible through the Texdro website. Typically, the application launches upon double-clicking.
