TC Early Stage Pitch-Off - Apply Now!

TechCrunch Early Stage Event: A Launchpad for Startups
The opportunity for early-stage startups to gain significant exposure is now available. The TechCrunch Early Stage event will be held on July 8th and 9th. This event builds upon the success of the initial session in April, offering founders comprehensive training on company building, launching, and scaling.
Pitch-Off Opportunity
Following the inaugural TC Early Stage Pitch-Off in April, which showcased 10 leading companies globally, TechCrunch is seeking a new cohort of 10 companies for this summer’s competition. Successful applicants will present their ventures before TechCrunch editors, investors from around the world, members of the press, and a large audience.
Applications are being accepted now and are due by June 7th. Don't delay – seize this chance to gain visibility!
The Pitch Details
The Pitch itself will involve ten founders delivering five-minute presentations. These will be followed by a five-minute question and answer session with a panel of experienced venture capital judges.
The winning startup will be awarded a feature article on TechCrunch.com, a one-year subscription to Extra Crunch, and a complimentary Founder Pass to TechCrunch Disrupt this fall.
Comprehensive Founder Training
Concerns about pitching on stage before a large audience are understandable. To address this, founders selected to participate will receive preparatory training.
This includes remote mini-bootcamp sessions, communication skills development, and individualized pitch coaching provided by the Startup Battlefield team. Participating startups will also receive pre-event publicity through announcements on TechCrunch.com.
Eligibility Requirements
Qualifications for the Early Stage Pitch-Off focus on companies in their early stages, specifically those that have not yet reached Series A funding and have limited prior press coverage.
The previous pitch-off demonstrated remarkable geographic diversity, and this event welcomes applications from companies worldwide. All industries are considered – including biotech, space exploration, mobility solutions, impact investing, SaaS, hardware, and sustainability initiatives.
Founders, this is a premier opportunity to present your company on a globally recognized tech platform. Apply today and don't miss out!
