Gamma Secures $68 Million in Series B Funding
Gamma, the company pioneering AI-driven content creation for presentations, websites, and social media, revealed a successful $68 million Series B funding round on Monday.
This investment was spearheaded by Andreessen Horowitz, resulting in a company valuation of $2.1 billion.
Achieving Profitability and Growth
Grant Lee, co-founder and CEO, announced via X that Gamma has reached $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while maintaining profitability.
The platform currently boasts a user base of 70 million individuals.
Previously, Lee indicated the company had achieved $50 million in profitable revenue within its initial two years of operation.
Funding History
Gamma’s previous funding round, a $12 million Series A, was led by Accel in 2024.
This latest round brings the total funding raised to approximately $90 million.
Company Background and Strategy
Founded in late 2020, as per Grant Lee’s LinkedIn profile, Gamma initially launched its product in 2022.
The company’s measured approach to fundraising, relative to other AI startups, has contributed to its achievement of a double-unicorn valuation.
Efficient Operations and Employee Liquidity
This valuation was attained with a lean team of around 50 employees, according to Lee.
The funding round also incorporated a $20 million secondary offering, providing liquidity options for early Gamma employees.
Investor Participation

Other investors include South Park Commons, Hustle Fund, and various other firms.
