Adobe Enhances Behance with New Features for Creatives
During its annual MAX conference, Adobe unveiled several significant updates to its Behance platform, designed for creative professionals. The platform boasts substantial engagement, with over 160 million visitors in the past year and a collective 2.25 billion views of creative work.
This vibrant community is now set to benefit from new functionalities aimed at enabling both direct and indirect monetization opportunities.
NFT Artwork Showcase
A prominent addition is improved support for displaying NFT artwork. Creatives can now link their cryptocurrency wallets to Behance.
Adobe is actively integrating support for blockchains including Polygon, Solana, Flow, and Tezos.
Furthermore, partnerships with NFT marketplaces such as OpenSea, SuperRare, KnownOrigin, and Rarible will display provenance data. This data leverages the Content Authenticity Initiative, now integrated into various Creative Cloud applications, directly on Behance and the partner sites.
Focus on Creator Empowerment
Will Allen, Adobe’s VP overseeing Behance, emphasized that Adobe has no plans to launch its own NFT marketplace. “Our primary objective is to empower creators to showcase their work,” he stated.
“We aim to facilitate the display of their creations and allow them to conduct transactions on platforms of their choosing.”

Allen highlighted that many Behance users utilize the platform for learning and professional development. “A recurring theme is the desire to learn from others,” he explained.
“Users seek to understand the creative processes of accomplished illustrators, access resources like PSD files, and elevate their own skills.”
Subscription Sales for Exclusive Content
Creatives can now offer subscriptions on Behance, granting access to tutorials, workshops, and live streams. They have full control over subscription pricing.
Adobe confirmed that it will not collect any commission from these subscription sales.
Availability for Hire
A new feature allows creatives to explicitly indicate their availability for work. Behance users have long sought job opportunities through the platform.
This new button enables creatives to clearly signal whether they are open to freelance or full-time positions.
