Add User Accounts Utility (Userpasswords2) to Control Panel

Accessing Advanced User Account Settings in Windows
A dedicated utility resides within the Windows directory, offering user administration capabilities beyond those found in the standard interface. Rather than consistently inputting "control userpasswords2" into the Run dialog, this tool can be conveniently added as an icon within the Control Panel.
The initial concept for this enhancement originated from Kelly's Korner. However, the original script exhibited compatibility issues with Windows Vista. Consequently, it was modified and is now made available here.
Accessing the Utility
Following installation, access to this alternative User Accounts screen is straightforward. First, select "User Accounts" from the Control Panel menu. A new entry, labeled "User Accounts Admin (Alternate)", will then be visible.
Functionality
This utility allows users to manage saved network credentials. It also provides the option to enforce the use of Ctrl+Alt+Delete for login.
Within the "Users" tab, automatic login can be enabled by deselecting the checkbox requiring a username and password.
Enhanced Searchability
Adding this utility to the Control Panel also improves its discoverability. It will now appear in the Start Menu search results.
Installation and Removal
Installation is a simple process. Download and extract the provided zip file. Then, double-click the included registry hack file to apply the changes.
To remove the added functionality, simply double-click the removal script. Windows Vista users can utilize this method. Windows XP users can find a compatible registry hack at Kelly's Korner.
