Activating the Feature via Registry Edit
The following registry modification will activate this functionality. It is strongly recommended to create a registry backup prior to proceeding as a precautionary measure.
Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
Within this key, initiate the creation of a new key by right-clicking and selecting the "New Key" option.
Subsequently, double-click the "(Default)" value and input the following GUID:

Confirm the entry by clicking "OK" and continuing with the process.
To enable the Move To option, repeat these steps. However, create a new key specifically named "Move To" and utilize this alternative GUID:

Verifying the New Options
After completing these modifications, a right-click on any file or folder should now reveal the newly added options in the context menu.
