Panel Discussion: Transforming Industries with Technology

Powering the Future Through Transformative Tech: Join XTC co-founders Young Sohn, Chairman of the Board at HARMAN International, and Walden Catalyst Founding Managing Partner, alongside Bill Tai, Partner Emeritus at Charles River Ventures. They will explore the groundbreaking technological innovations reshaping industries and fostering a more sustainable future.

This discussion will focus on how collaboration between business, government, philanthropic organizations, and the startup ecosystem can collectively build a brighter tomorrow. Industry leaders will share their perspectives on technology’s potential to shape the future, pinpointing key opportunities, and unveiling exciting updates regarding XTC and the FAO of the United Nations.

Bioengineering as a Climate Solution

Cutting Out Carbon Emitters with Bioengineering: Bioengineering offers promising, low-carbon alternatives for industries traditionally associated with substantial emissions. Utilizing both natural and engineered biological processes, innovations like low-carbon textiles from Algiknit, lab-grown premium meats from Orbillion, and fuels captured from waste emissions by LanzaTech are becoming increasingly viable.

Representatives from these pioneering companies will participate in a panel discussion, detailing how bioengineering can contribute to the global effort against climate change.
